This was a ground up construction project located in the heart of Venice's Abbot Kinney district on Cabrillo Ave. KB Studio was brought in to select all interior finishes and bathroom/kitchen designs. We utilized natural material, playing off of a bright color palette. Staging was done by Vesta.
