KOUROSH BABAEIAN
DESIGN PRINCIPAL / CEO
Kourosh Babaeian established his design studio in 2008, catering to clients in his hometown of Westlake Village, CA. Kourosh's passion for interior design drove him to pursue his education at the University of California Los Angeles, where he attained his Bachelor of Arts, Certificate of Interior Design, and Masters of Interior Architecture. Kourosh brings over 15 years of dynamic expertise to the field, spanning ground-up construction, real estate development, custom furniture design, and intricate interior detailing. He has successfully led the KB Studio team through numerous interior design projects.
Dylan Ford
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Dylan Ford, a native of Huntington Beach, CA, developed a passion for interior design under the influence of his father, who owned a renowned custom design showroom in the La Cienega Design Quarter. Dylan honed his skills by earning a certificate in Interior Design from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA. With over a decade of experience, he has immersed himself in high-end residential projects across Orange County and Los Angeles. Additionally, Dylan brings valuable insights from his years as a licensed realtor in Southern California, making him an integral part of the KB Studio firm's interior design processes.
AURIA WILLIAMS
INTERIOR DESIGNER - EAST COAST
Auria Williams discovered her passion for design early on, inspired by her grandmother Nancy Linn, a notable California designer and builder. Following her grandmother's legacy, Auria pursued her education at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA, earning her Interior Design Certificate. With a decade of experience managing high-end interior design projects and a background in fine antiques, Auria brings a wealth of expertise to her role as KB Studio's design associate, overseeing all of the team's interior design projects on the East Coast.
ANDREA MATIC
PROJECT MANAGER
Andrea, a native of Los Angeles, CA, earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara. Transitioning into the Interior Design field in 2020, she quickly rose to the role of design executive, focusing on high-end residential projects. Andrea's strength lies in her expertise in Project Management and Design, allowing her to effectively manage multiple projects, clients, and vendors simultaneously. In her leisure time, Andrea channels her creativity into creating unique works of art.
Jenna Miller
FINANCE/BUSINESS MANAGER
Jenna, originally from Hollywood, studied at the California State University, Northridge. With a rich background in business and finance management, she has contributed her expertise to several prestigious Interior Design Firms throughout Los Angeles. Her focus has been on overseeing finance operations and implementing growth strategies. With nine years of experience in client services and special projects, Jenna is known for her proactive and results-driven approach. At KB Studio, she plays a pivotal role in steering the team towards growth, productivity, and strategic business development.
PAMELA OLIVERIA
ACCOUNTING / PTP
Pamela Oliveria holds a Bachelor's Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Certificate of Accountancy from UCLA. With 20 years of professional accounting experience focusing on small and medium-sized companies as well as high net worth individuals, Pamela brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has been an integral part of the KB Studio team for over 10 years, overseeing all financial components and serving as the firm's CPA.
