DESIGN PRINCIPAL
Kourosh Babaeian founded KB Studio in 2008, initially serving clients in his hometown of Westlake Village, California. Driven by a deep passion for interior architecture and design, he pursued his education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts, a Certificate in Interior Design, and a Master of Interior Architecture.
With over fifteen years of experience, Kourosh brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work, with expertise spanning ground-up construction, real estate development, custom furniture design, and intricate interior detailing. His comprehensive understanding of both architecture and interiors allows him to approach each project with a thoughtful balance of structural integrity, materiality, and refined aesthetics.
Under his leadership, KB Studio has completed numerous high-end residential projects across the United States, guiding clients through every phase of the design process—from initial concept through final installation—with a commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and timeless design.
