Inspired by the creative spirit of the surrounding neighborhood, KB Studio approached the ground-up development with a focus on authenticity, layering curated vintage pieces with contemporary architectural elements to create a distinctive and character-driven environment.

The interiors embrace an industrial aesthetic through the use of exposed ductwork, authentic brick walls, dark metal accents, classic subway tile, and wrought iron detailing. These raw and textural materials create a strong architectural identity while maintaining a sense of warmth and livability.
